Shipping Policy

Orders are delivered via DPD, Omniva, Venipak, and Latvijas Pasts parcel terminals and courier.

For International deliveries:
Europe - DPD parcel lockers €11.50

USA - courier (TNT, Fedex, DHL etc.)

Order dispatch time is 2–5 business days (depending on order volume), but we always aim to ship as quickly as possible. Please note that pe-orders have different shipment timing - 10 working days max.

PARCEL TERMINALS / PICK-UP POINTS LATVIA

• Venipak parcel terminals: €2.49

• Latvijas Pasts: €2.49

• Omniva: €2.49

• DPD: €2.49

COURIER DELIVERY LATVIA

• Courier delivery to your door: €4.85

• Free parcel terminal delivery for orders over  €50

• Free courier delivery for orders over €100

Purchased goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within 5–7 business days.
In exceptional cases — for example, custom-made or pre-ordered items — we reserve the right to ship within up to 30 calendar days, with prior notice to the customer.

Processing Time:

2–5 business days (depending on parcel terminal load).

Please note: if the Buyer wishes to return an item for personal reasons (not due to product defect), the return shipping costs must be covered by the Buyer.
